At Maersk, we want to ensure you can manage all your finance related needs easily every step of the way through various user-friendly options available on our website. Using MyFinance platform on our Maersk website you can view, download, email, sprint invoices while on the move.

As communicated earlier Effective 8th August 2020, Invoice Request feature on depositslip will be disabled. Kindly start using MyFinance for all your invoicing requests as it offers easy management of financial transactions, saving you time and costs. We have also stopped accepting any manual Invoice requests through our email channels / or via calls/chats.

How would this benefit you?

  • You can access and download single or multiple Local and DND invoices through MyFinance anywhere and anytime
  • With your MyFinance account, you can view Open and Paid invoices in one go
  • You have no fear of losing a physical copy of Invoices
  • Easily access, print and download your e-statements
  • Log and manage your disputes and refund requests too

Note: Freight invoices will have to go through the consignee approval process online.

To see how simple it is, all you need to do is register yourself one-time for your individual login credentials on Maersk website and explore the amazing benefits that MyFinance offers 24/7. For quick and easy guide on how to view, save or print your invoices or raise disputes in just a few clicks refer Invoice and Payments.

If you are facing any issues registering on the website or unable to access invoices via MyFinance you can reach out to our Live Chat team or contact your Maersk local representative. You can also browse through below link for general FAQs on MyFinance and various other digital solutions like Smart pay click here.

We hope all these changes make it easy for you to do business with us. We thank you for your business and look forward to continuously serving your global transportation needs.
