Migration to PIN release for full containers at Koper terminal
In order to keep your supply chain moving as smoothly as possible, we at A.P. Moller – Maersk would like to remind you about the upcoming changes regarding import release at Koper Terminal, Slovenia.
As previously communicated, Port of Koper is migrating to a new digital platform on 1st May 2022 and among many changes, the release process for full containers on import is being switched from »BZ« to »PIN number«.
Self Service Delivery Order (SSDO) remains exactly as it is and the number can be found in the Delivery Order (DO) PDF file in the »Pin« column, right after cargo weight. We strongly recommend you review email addresses used when sending a request in the future, as you can use its handy feature to share the delivery order to all relevant parties at once or limit availability as you see fit.
Maersk teams are here to assist you, so if you have any questions please reach out to your local Customer Experience team. We look forward to continuously serving your global logistics needs.
