Decommissioning email address for customers in the Netherlands

Moller – Maersk would like to inform you that as of 1 June, 2023, we are decommissioning the email address bomgscidx@maersk.com that was previously used for submitting all shipping instructions and amendment requests customers in the Netherlands. As your integrated logistics partner, Maersk has made improvements to our website, Maersk.com, to make it easier to submit your shipping instructions (SI) and amendments, resulting in an average turnaround of one hour.
As we work on further digitising and improving the process for our customers, there are exceptional cases in which customers may need further assistance via our dedicated email address nl.export@maersk.com. Our average response time for manual requests is four hours and we kindly ask that you reach out via email should you need assistance with any of the following requests:
- Split/Combine request
- Switch Bill request
- Part Load request
- Missing Verify Copy on website
All other types of shipping instructions and amendment requests are possible through Maersk.com.
