Referring to our earlier advisory of January 12, we hereby provide you with the current status on the CPu-project. It was decided by POAB and NxtPort in consultation with terminals, ship agents, transport companies and other stakeholders, to move to a phased roll-out of Certified Pick up, to spread the pressure for the users and to guarantee the performance of the system.

What does this mean for you as a valued Maersk customer as from February 5, 2024 ?
Maersk will go live on the remaining terminals outside the locks. This means that also for MPET and AG the commercial releases will flow via CPu and containers should be picked up according the set rules by CPu. Our release orders will still contain pin codes, however these will NOT be used by either terminal. Only the release right from CPu will be recognized.
