Bottlenecks across the Transatlantic network has contributed to an accumulation of delays on our services. We always strive to improve cargo delivery for our customers in challenging circumstances, but even a minor disruption can cause a ripple effect and lead to substantial setbacks.
This situation is driven by several external factors, chiefly terminal congestions and while Maersk is doing all in its power to combat the circumstances for customers, the delay accumulation has resulted in gaps in the departure schedules that require adjustment.
In an effort to get the vessels closer to actual sailing schedule and ensure improved schedule reliability, Maersk has adjusted the following schedules:
