Please be advised that the vessel Maersk Cubango has experienced delays into Cape Town caused by severe weather conditions which has impacted the berth line up. With this delay in Cape Town, the Maersk Cubango’ s omission of Coega to recover schedule will not be enough to ensure on time arrival in Jebel Ali. According to simulation the Maersk Cubango will be 4-5days late into Jebel Ali, which means she will miss her window.
The Maersk Colombo will be departing South Africa earlier than the Maersk Cubango in an attempt to ensure weekly coverage in Jebel Ali, the Maersk Colombo will advance to Jebel Ali for the window of the 15th April, 7 days ahead of scheduled berth.
The Maersk Cubango will finish her Cape Town call and then proceed to Jebel Ali for the window of the 22nd of April, 7 days later than the original position.
