We would like to inform you about an upcoming upgrade to our financial system, as we transition to SAP S/4HANA in July 2025. While this upgrade will bring meaningful improvements to our operations and enhance our ability to serve you, we also want to make you aware of the changes and potential challenges that may arise during the transition.
The upgrade to SAP S/4HANA will require us to suspend some of our financial system functions temporarily. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience caused and ensure a smooth transition.
Please be informed that due to the system migration, the MyFinance portal will be down from 16:30 CET on 12 July 2025 to 23:30 CET on 20 July 2025.
During this period, the functionalities around downloading invoices, receipts, credit notes, raising disputes, and requesting refunds will not be available.
If you have questions about the above, please contact your regular contact person. In addition, we would like to encourage you to be proactive in preparing for the transition and perform business-critical activities in advance.
Please note that the dates mentioned in this advisory are related to the upcoming system transition. Our teams are dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for the parties involved. We will keep you informed about any updates or changes related to the upgrade.
