Notice of Implementation of Late Payment Fee - Slovenia

A critical part of maintaining our service levels is ensuring that essential documents such as Bills of Lading and Delivery Orders are issued promptly — a process that depends on the timely settlement of outstanding invoices.

Given the current challenging business environment, we are doing our utmost to uphold reliable service so that your cargo reaches you on time. While we continue working diligently to improve our offerings, we seek your support in ensuring that all unpaid invoices are settled on or before their due date.

To address the additional costs associated with delayed invoice payments, we will be introducing a Late Payment Fee effective 06th October 2025. This fee will apply to customers under both 'Cash' and 'Credit' terms (excluding Key Clients) if payment is received after the invoice due date. It will not apply to any invoices that are under dispute and awaiting our response or where alternative terms have been agreed in writing.

The charge application logic will be as follows for Cash terms:

• Day 7 Overdue Invoice: USD 50 per invoice
• Day 14 Overdue Invoice: USD 75 per invoice (in addition to $50)

The charge application logic will be as follows for Credit terms:

• Day 7 Overdue Invoice: USD 50 per invoice
• Day 14 Overdue Invoice: USD 75 per invoice (in addition to $50)
• Day 21 Overdue Invoice: USD 100 per invoice (in addition to $50 + $75)
• Day 28 Overdue Invoice: USD 125 per invoice (in addition to $50 + $75 + $100)
