In order to proactively address the severity of the winter weather across the North Atlantic which historically has led to the deterioration in reliability, Maersk plans to operate through a planned winter blanking programme on Canada Express service.
There will be a sliding of the service every 5th week during the period from Christmas/New Year until end of March, starting with voyage 552W in Antwerp:
