Law 105/2025 (Art. 4)

We would like to inform you that, with the recent entry into force of Law 105/2025, introducing urgent measures for the transport sector, regulations governing waiting time related to vehicle delays for loading and unloading operations have been modified.

To ensure compliance with the new provisions, please review the updated conditions outlined below:

Free Waiting Time:

• Truck (TRK): 180 minutes
• Rail Combined (RCO): 120 minutes

Condition: The above free time applies only if loading/unloading operations start within 90 minutes from truck arrival. If operations do not start within this time frame, a charge of €100 per hour will apply from the 90th minute onwards.

Compensation

• €100 per hour (or fraction thereof) beyond the free waiting time. If the waiting time exceeds the allowed limit, the carrier is entitled to receive €100.00 for each hour or part thereof. This compensation is revised annually based on the ISTAT FOI index.

These rules apply to all operations starting November 4, 2025. We are currently aligning our operations and systems to ensure full compliance.
