Container Cleaning Import (CCI) to Container/Truck Cleaning Destination (TCD)

We would like to inform you that Maersk will implement a change in the naming of the surcharge applied to all IMO import containers in Spain.

Effective date: 15th March 2026.

The surcharge will now be referred to as:

**Container Cleaning Import (CCI) to Container/Truck Cleaning Destination (TCD)**

This update aims to standardise both internal and external references related to the mandatory cleaning services for IMO containers, ensuring greater clarity and alignment with current operational and regulatory requirements.

The cost associated with this service is 100 eur/cont.

Please note that this surcharge will continue to apply to all containers subject to IMO regulations, in accordance with applicable safety and environmental standards.
