Ocean Freight Invoices
If you are paying an Ocean Freight invoice and it does not appear in MyFinance, please select: “No invoice found”
This option will be renamed to “Ocean Freight Invoice Not Available” starting March 13.
Import Detention & Demurrage (DET & DEM) Invoices
If you are paying an Import DET & DEM invoice and it is not shown in MyFinance, please select: “Advance Payment D/D”
This option will be renamed to “Import DET & DEM Invoice Not Available” starting March 13.
Selecting the correct option ensures that your payment is posted accurately and without delay.
