Previously, when you reached out to Maersk Go, you were guided to send an email to our centralised email address, maerskgosupport@maersk.com.

What does this mean for you
We are making this change to simplify your interactions with us and streamline the process. This means that from 31 March 2026, you should no longer utilise the maerskgosupport@maersk.com email, as it is being decommissioned. You can continue to reach out to us via our other communications channels, like phone, as you have before.

Instead, when sending emails, please utilise your local Maersk email addresses. See below.

Please note that this does not mean any changes to your booking with us or the Terms and Conditions related to Maersk Go. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
