EU ICS2 Downtime Resolved and Services Fully Restored

We are pleased to inform you that the EU Import Control System 2 (ICS2) downtime has been fully resolved.

We have started receiving Customs responses along with the corresponding Movement Reference Numbers (MRNs). All pending submissions and backlog created during the downtime have been successfully cleared, and our operations are now fully back on track.

Current Status:

  • EU ICS2 system availability: Restored
  • Customs responses & MRNs: Successfully received
  • Backlog from the downtime period: Cleared
  • Live submissions: Operating as normal

There is no further action required from customers at this stage. We will continue to monitor the system closely to ensure stable operations.
