Following the latest fuel price adjustments announced by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA), we will revise the Inland Haulage Export (IHE) and Genset (OGS) rates for the corridors listed below, effective 17 April 2026:

These adjustments reflect increased fuel costs and are applied strictly on a costs pass-through basis with no impact to Maersk’s commercial margin.

The revised rates are implemented in line with the applicable service agreement, which provides for price adjustments where underlying costs, regulatory changes, or third-party charges affect service delivery.

Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Maersk under the applicable service agreement(s), nor does it amend any contractual terms beyond the rate adjustment provided for therein.

Maersk remains committed to maintaining service continuity and reliability across all corridors.

Should you have any questions regarding the application of the revised rates, please contact your Maersk account representative for clarification. Our teams are on hand to support your planning and provide any required assistance.
