Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) Turkey to South America East Coast destinations

In order to keep providing you with our global services, Maersk is introducing the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for All 20 DRY, All 40 DRY & 45 HDRY containers for the scope: Turkey to South America East Coast with effective from 01-May-2026 until further notice.

The tariff amount is detailed as follow:

  • Origin scope is all ports in Turkey including Ambarli, Izmir, Korfezi, Mersin, Iskenderun, Gemlik & Gebze
  • Destination scope is all ports in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay
  • Non-SPOT booking – The above rate is retrieved based on PCD. PCD = Price Calculation Date. PCD refers to the scheduled departure date of the first water leg at the time of booking confirmation for non-spot bookings.
  • SPOT booking – The rate is retrieved based on 1st vessel ETD at booking confirmation for Spot bookings.
