Maersk is revising the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for the scope of Far East Asia to Mexico, West Coast South America and Central America and Caribbean (C1E) with effective from May 23rd 2026 for Non-Regulated /26-May-26 for Vietnam and 10-June-26 for Regulated Countries.
The revised tariff amount is detailed as follows:

*Applicable equipment types include dry, high dry, reefer, high cube reefer, bulk, collapsible flat rack, flat rack, hive, pallet wide, open top, tank, and twin deck.
Non-SPOT booking – The above rate is retrieved based on Price Calculation Date (PCD).
For non-FMC, PCD refers to the scheduled departure date of the first water leg at the time of booking confirmation for non-spot bookings.
For FMC, PCD is last container gate-in date for non-spot bookings.
Pay term – The above charge is collected follow freight paid location.
