We welcome reports made in good faith on serious violations of Maersk Values, Code of Conduct or laws.
Important to know
You can report the misconduct in the areas such as: insider trading, competition law, IT security, GDPR, threats to health, safety and environment, theft and embezzlement, financial fraud, corruption, labour rights, workplace and/or sexual harassment, retaliation or discrimination and other issues, including violations of EU laws and regulations stipulated in EU Directive 2019/1937. We are committed to act according to our Values, Code of Conduct. We have a Supplier Code that sets clear expectations and minimum requirements from our suppliers. Any misconduct of our Values and Code should be reported.
