Maersk leadership teams, as well as management in all other areas where cases of COVID-19 have been identified, are closely monitoring the situation as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees whilst working towards mitigating any possible impact to our customers’ operations.

General Status

As part of our Digital Transformation Journey, it is our constant endeavor to revolutionize our business operating model and offer the best online experience to our customers via web-based platforms.

Manual cheques at counter

Many financial transactions today can now be performed digitally on mobile and Internet banking platforms.

In line with this, we would like to inform that with effect 15th April 2020, we will cease the acceptance of cheques at our counter. We will stop accepting any cheque images for clearance, moving forward as well.

We accept below modes of e-payment

  • Smart pay (Giro)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer
  • Credit Card

Should you still require cheque transactions, please drop the cheques* directly at HSBC branches. Alternatively, you may choose to deposit the cheque in exchange of remittance slip as payment proof. Once remittance slip is available, you could attach this at our website by logging into ‘MY FINANCE’ for clearance. Receipt will follow and will be available in ‘MY FINANCE’.

*Do take note that bank’s clearance may takes up to 2 working days.
Please consider using alternate payment methods to reduce your waiting time.

With the escalating severity of the novel Covid-19 outbreak globally, we are committed to ensure our customer and employee is continuing to stay safe and healthy.

Counter operating hours

With effect 30th March 2020, our counter operations will close at 1600hrs daily. Safe distancing within the counter area has been implemented with immediate effect.

Documentation surrendering

All documents surrendered are to be drop at our designated drop box.
