As an action to better control the equipment availability and serve your needs , we would like to inform you of the new process of picking empties valid as of 21st March 2022.
Please note that all orders for the empties will be valid for the week of the release date.
Example: Empty pick up date arranged for 2/3/2022 , equipment will be available for pick up from 28/2/2022 until 4/3/2022.
Important: Please note that failing to pick up equipment after initial confirmed pick up week, will lead to order cancellation and new pick up date will be provided based on equipment availability.
If equipment is available after vessel’s ETD, shipment will be rescheduled for next available sailing on Shipper’s account.
On 21/03/2022 the new process will start with no further notice.
