Update: Critical congestion at Bremerhaven MSC gate
Following on from our previous communication regarding the situation at NTB Bremerhaven, Germany, we are sorry to inform you that the congestion at the MSC gate has now reached a critical level.
This is due to the vast and continuous operational disruptions having a significant impact on the global supply chain and yard density levels, subsequently causing extensive waiting times for vessels.
Maersk teams are closely monitoring the circumstances in the terminal with a view to keeping customer supply chains moving with as little delay as possible. As such, we are continuously exploring any available facilities nearby that can speed up cargo delivery/pick-up and reduce the impact on your business.
Your Customer Experience representative will be in touch in due course to discuss the alternative plans if you are affected. We hope to have your support to ensure operations run as smoothly as possible in Bremerhaven despite the circumstances.
Maersk teams are here to serve you, so if you have any questions please reach out to your local Customer Experience team. We look forward to continuously serving your global logistics needs.
