France – Le Havre – Appointment system terminal TNMSC
The TNMSC – Le Havre Terminal – trucking appointment system has been offline due to technical issues since Wednesday 13th July. The system was scheduled for repair on Saturday 16th July, but the process is taking longer than anticipated and it currently remains inaccessible. With no visibility of planned deliveries, hauliers cannot take new or amend existing bookings.
Although the situation is unfortunately out of our control, Maersk teams are monitoring developments closely and will continue to keep you updated to minimise disruption to your supply chain. If one of your shipments cannot be carried out due to this technical problem, your local Customer Experience representative will inform you as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule any affected shipments to suit your schedule, depending on trucking capacities and the availability of appointments at the TNMSC terminal.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our teams remain at your disposal if you have any questions at all.
