- Interim stop of the Combined Detention and Demurrage clock for the period October 14 to October 20, applicable for the location of Ningbo on both imports and exports
- Free Combined Detention and Demurrage on cancelled export shipments from Ningbo with ETD October 14 to October 20
- Free amendment/cancellation for SPOT/TWILL shipments exported from Ningbo with ETD October 14 to October 31**
- Free amendment/cancellation for shipments under Partnership Contract Products (Flexible, Unlimited), exported from Ningbo ETD October 14 to October 31
- Penalty wavier for shipments under Partnership Contract Product (Block space), exported from Ningbo ETD October 14 to October 31
** Amendment would be subject to re-pricing as usual
