As part of A.P. Moller – Maersk’s efforts to keep our customers informed of the latest operational details, we would like to give you an update on 475 Maersk Bali (245N / 249S).
Please be informed, operations at the terminal are disrupted and go-slow actions are taking place because of Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) negotiations between the unions and the terminal(s) in Rotterdam (APM 2 Terminal Maasvlakte II).
Due to the go-slow actions the 475 Maersk Bali (245N / 249S) was not able to get a berthing window at Rotterdam prior the 16.12. 15:00. In the interest of keeping customer supply chains moving, the import call of the vessel was diverted to Zeebrugge with an ETA on 12.12. 19:50.
Your cargo scheduled for discharge in Rotterdam will instead be discharged at CSP Zeebrugge Terminals (BEZEE). Customers are asked to please collect their shipment at the changed port of discharge Zeebrugge and source alternative transport to intended destination. If your cargo was affected by this diversion, your dedicated Customer Service representative will be in touch with further information.
Our teams continue monitoring the situation surrounding the above-mentioned negotiations and planning contingencies where needed.
Your business is of great importance to us and we thank you for your continuous understanding and regret any inconvenience caused by this schedule.
Please feel free to contact your local customer service representatives for any questions or concerns.
