Starting February 15th, we have decided to optimize our shipping instructions submission process in our webpage. We have enabled a field called Customs Reference Number in which you may include the export manifest number SAE, FMM or Memorial DIAN while you are submitting your shipping instructions. This will allow to match the information you have included in Gerleinco’s website allowing us to receive a heads up in case any discrepancy is found.
The Customer Reference Number es mandatory to issue the Transport Document, therefore please make sure to include this information while you submit your shipping instructions.
This innovation will allow us to provide a faster a specialized attention in your shipping instructions and export customs documents.
