Notice for change in invoice lead time and alignment on the rate of exchange

We would like to inform you that, in line with your expectation of a speedy and consistent invoicing experience, we are very pleased to deliver an Instant Invoice solution in our invoicing system (SAP S/4HANA) effective 23 March 2024.

With the instant invoice solution, you will be receiving the invoice instantly, customer experience would be enhanced by receiving the invoice instantly when all pre-conditions are met and with Rate of Exchange (ROE) aligning with invoicing date that gives a consistent experience. The Rate of Exchange for freight invoices will align with the first invoice creation date, which will be utilised for subsequent, rebilled, or disputed invoices, providing a more consistent experience.
