Import - Maersk One Stop Import Solution (MDDC ) – Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang

We at Maersk, strongly believe in facilitating One Stop Import Solution – MDDC enhancement will create a seamless process for our customer. In alignment to this philosophy, we are pleased to share the following changes on MDDC Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang starting 1 SEPTEMBER 2025.

Some features that we provided in MDDC are as below:

• Payment and DO Status to check status of payment confirmation and whether Online DO has been released to port.
• Container Guarantee Letter – CGL to check whether your company has been registered.
• If your company already submitted CGL before 01 September 2025, the validity will be automatically extended.
• If your company still not submitted CGL yet or need to revise your CGL data, please use the CGL new template at NEW CGL TEMPLATE
