Shipper Owned Containers – Maersk will accept shipper owned containers provided their certification is appropriately displayed valid for the duration of the carriage. For specific documentation and validity details please contact (pg.export@maersk.com))
Kindly note the following regarding Weight Limitations to PNG:
- Maersk cannot accept cargo over 28 Metric tonnes to final destinations of Rabaul or Kimbe.
- Maersk cannot accept cargo over 33 Metric tonnes to final destinations of Madang or Wewak.
