Once email request has been sent to za.execution@lns.maersk.com you will receive an automated Case Number. This Case Number can be tracked on Maersk website until such time as the request has been fulfilled and the case has been closed. If you still have a query related to the original request but the original Case Number has been closed, kindly send a new email in order for a new Case Number to be generated as a previously closed case cannot be re-opened.
