In light of the bottlenecks seen across the North America network, Maersk’s TA6 service has been subject to an accumulation of delays. We are forever striving to improve cargo delivery for our customers in the face of challenging circumstances, but even slight disruption can cause a ripple effect and lead to substantial setbacks.
The situation in North America is driven by a number of external factors, including local congestion in US terminals and adverse weather conditions; and while Maersk is doing all in its power to combat the circumstances for customers, the delay accumulation for TA6 has resulted in a gap in the departure schedule that requires adjustment.
After careful review – ensuring capacity remains unaffected and disruption is minimized – Maersk has adjusted the following schedule.
