We would like to inform you that pursuant to the observance of Eid Mubarak holiday (Idul Fitri), herewith to share the updated schedule of Depots, Maersk Indonesia Counter and Customer Service office as per below.

  Friday, 29 April 2022 Open = 08:30 – 12:00, Closed = 12:00 noon
  Monday-Tuesday, 2-3 May 2022 Closed
  Back to normal on Wednesday, 4 May 2022 onward
  Open = 08:00 – 17:00
  Break Time Mon-Fri = 12:00 – 13:00
• Counter
  Friday, 29 April 2022 Open = 08:30 – 11:20 , Closed = 11:30
  Monday-Tuesday, 2-3 May 2022 Closed
  Back to normal on Wednesday, 4 May 2022 onward
  Open = 08:30 – 15:30
  Break Time Mon-Thu = 12:00 – 13:00
  Break Time Fri = 11:20 – 13:05

For Export - Should you plan to proceed for Telex Release / Switch BL we highly encourage to surrender the document latest by 28 Apr during the operational hour.

While for Import - DO Release process latest will be proceed on 29 Apr 2022 – 11.30 and will continue again by 4 May 2022. Therefore please ensure Original BL and CGL submitted during the operational hour.
