Dragon GSL MELITA 349S/401N Sydney Omission and MERKUR HORIZON 350S/401N Melbourne and Fremantle omission and Sydney inducement

27 December 2023 - Update 03

Further to our recent advisory sent on the 20th December 2023, advising the MERKUR HORIZON 350S, will be delayed into Hong Kong resulting in below change of cargo plan.

Brisbane import cargo on MERKUR HORIZON 350S loaded at Ningbo will remain as planned.

Melbourne import cargo on MERKUR HORIZON 350S loaded at Ningbo will discharge in TANJUNG PELEPAS (MYTPP) and load on Greater Australian Connect (GAC) vessel MAERSK SHEKOU 352S.

20 December 2023 - Update 02

Further to our recent advisory sent on the 18th December 2023, we wish to advise that the MERKUR HORIZON 350S, will be delayed into Hong Kong and unable to make the connection to the GSL MELITA 349S.

Melbourne and Brisbane imports loaded onboard/planned on MERKUR HORIZON 350S will still discharge in Hong Kong, though will now load on the next Dragon vessel, ARIES 350S.

The revised schedule* is expected to be as follows:

18 December 2023 - Update 01

We wish to advise that due to ongoing congestion and terminal holiday closures, the Sydney berthing window for GSL MELITA 349S/401N has been heavily impacted.

To mitigate any further impact to the schedule and to avoid a slide on the Dragon service, GSL MELITA 349S/401N will omit Sydney.

Extra loader MERKUR HORIZON 350S/401N will omit Melbourne and Fremantle and induce Sydney.

The revised schedule* is expected to be as follows:

• Sydney imports loaded onboard/planned on GSL MELITA 349S will discharge on the first will be discharged in Hong Kong and will be loaded onto MERKUR HORIZON 350S.
• Sydney exports for GSL MELITA 401N will be re-planned to the next available vessel.
• All Melbourne and Brisbane imports loaded onboard/planned on MERKUR HORIZON 350S will be discharged in Hong Kong and will be loaded onto GSL MELITA 349S.
• Fremantle imports loaded onboard/planned on MERKUR HORIZON 350S will be discharged in Tanjung Pelepas, then loaded to connect to WAC service vessel MAERSK GAIRLOCH 401S.
• Contingency plan for Sydney exports on the GSL MELITA 401N will be advised once finalized.
