We are pleased to inform you that we will be implementing a change to our Canada Customer Experience email addresses. This change is aimed at optimizing our ability to manage your requests more effectively. By doing so, our Customer Experience representatives will be able to capture, access, and handle your cases with greater efficiency.,
Effective Monday, September 9, 2024, the email address for all import and export customer experience-related requests such as general inquiries, delivery-related questions, claims, and more in Canada will be changed to: ca.customerexperience@maersk.com.
The benefits to you are:
- No need to remember multiple email addresses.
- No need to call to confirm your email was received.
- All communication for a single request will be visible to our colleagues in one place.
By streamlining our communication channels and enhancing our case management capabilities, we aim to make your interactions with us as seamless and satisfactory as possible.
In the meantime, please continue to use our current email addresses, ca.import@maersk.com and ca.export@maersk.com, as the new address will not be monitored until after the effective date of September 9, 2024.
