I cannot believe that Quarter four is already upon us and that we in the final stretch of 2024. Customers form the backbone of our business, and I want to extend a thank you on behalf of Maersk for your continued support, our commitment to customer satisfaction remains a steadfast priority.

We continue to take your feedback onboard, both the areas we are performing well in as well as those areas that we need to further improve upon. Within the various teams we have initiated specific actions based on your valued feedback in the previous survey(s).

We have kicked off our final Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2024 today and it is set to run from the 11th to the 29th of November.
