Operational Cost Import (OCI), Operational Cost Exports (OCE) Implementation for Kenya

We wish to inform you that, in compliance with the latest directive from the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS), new inspection charges are now applicable on all cargo passing through the Port of Mombasa, effective immediately.

These charges are part of KEPHIS’s efforts to enhance phytosanitary standards and ensure the safety and integrity of agricultural imports and exports. The applicable fees are as follows:

These charges apply to phytosanitary inspection of sea vessels and containers entering and exiting Kenya in addition to toll / parking charges.
