Do I need to input the accurate cargo weight and volume at the booking stage?
During the booking process, we will ask you to inform us about the estimated cargo weight and estimated cargo volume. The supplier of the shipment will be asked to submit the actual weight and volume details once the container is loaded and sealed, which happens at a later stage in the shipment journey.
