To manage your bookings, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click Login in the top-right corner on Maersk.com
  2. In the top menu, click Manage > Manage bookings.
  3. When you have found the relevant shipment, click on the BL number link to access the Shipment details page.
  4. Now you can select:
    • Summary – to see an overview of the shipment details
    • Documents – to see the shipment documentation
    • Containers & VGM – to see an overview of the containers within a shipment
    • Parties – to see parties added to the shipment
    • Charges & Invoices – to see all charges
    • Log – to see a list of actions taken regarding the shipment
  5. To make amendments to the booking or submit documents, select the Summary tab. From here you can:
    • Amend your booking
    • Cancel your booking
    • View all tasks to complete, including the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) and shipping instructions
    • Duplicate your booking

Information in the Shipment details includes:

  • A transport plan, with ports, vessels, arrival/departure times, etc.
  • Tracking information for individual containers
  • A link to all documents, including the Bill of Lading and Arrival Notice
  • A log of all interactions related to the shipment

All information in the Shipment details page reflects the information in our systems and is fully up to date.
