What happens if I cancel my shipment?
If you cancel with more than seven days’ notice before departure, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel with fewer than seven days' notice before departure, you will be charged a no-show fee.
You can find the applicable charges by selecting the relevant shipment on your dashboard.
