What happens once I have used my lock rate to book 20 FFE ?
Once you have booked a total of 20 FFE (forty-foot equivalent unit) against your locked rate, it will expire and no longer be available to you. However, once this happens, you can still lock a new rate.
Please note that the lock rate fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you make a booking with the locked rate. The fee starts at 50 USD and varies, depending on the trade route.
