Maersk ERNs are vibrant, employee-driven networks that provide awareness around Culture and Inclusion. The networks create safe environments for all Maersk colleagues to share experiences, exchange ideas and support each other.

Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are one way we bring this commitment to life. These voluntary, employee-led groups are open to all employees with the aim of connecting colleagues with shared interests and experiences, helping to shape a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Our aim

Through ERNs, we aim to foster a culture of belonging and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in everything we do. ERNs provide a platform for employees to share perspectives and influence policies, ensuring they reflect our values and the needs of our people.

While our journey is ongoing, ERNs have already played a vital role in raising awareness and driving change. They empower colleagues, promote understanding, and help create an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
