From 1st April 2021, we are not accepting any payments by cash at the counter Hai Phong for any brands. All payments must be processed via bank with needed details for payment application:

• Freight/ charges + BL (Cước phí + số Vận đơn)
• Demurrage charge by …+ BL (Phí lưu container đến ngày …+ số Vận đơn)
• Detention charge + BL (Phí lưu vỏ container + số Vận đơn)

Remittance Currency

Effective from 13 July 2024, ROE will be calculated as follows:

For Freight & surcharges: ROE will be based on the first invoice creation date. For any subsequent, rebilled, or disputed invoices, ROE will remain unchanged.

For Import Demurrage & Detention: ROE will be applied based on the actual invoice creation date, which is the date of charge calculation or payment, following customer’s scheduled or actual date of container pick-up.

(*) Per 01 Bill of Lading, multiple invoices of import demurrage and detention can be created with varying ROE based on invoice creation date.
