We appreciate your support to continue submitting your Shipping Instructions (SI) and BL Amendment through our current E-channels (Maersk.com, EDI, Inttra) to enjoy faster turntime and more accurate processing of your shipping document.
In case of any website limitations or technical system issues that prevent the execution of requests via E-channels, you can send your email or concerns to SG.export@maersk.com. To ensure that your requests are categorized correctly and handled promptly, please use the following key words in the SUBJECT of your email sent:
- Email Subject of New SI requests: “NEW SI + (shipment number)”
- Email Subject of Amendment SI requests: “AMD SI + (shipment number)”

For your reference, our processing time for handling requests sent via SG.export@maersk.com:
- New SI processing: within 12 working hours
- BL Amendment request: within 3 working hours
