We are pleased to share important updates about our banking arrangements for European countries Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. As part of our commitment to continuously enhance customer experience, we have centralised and streamlined our banking operations by transitioning to a new banking partner.
Please note that effective from 18 September 2024, our carrier Maersk A/S opened a new bank account with our esteemed banking partner, BNP Paribas for EUR currency. We will be closing the prior EUR Freight Collection Bank account by December 2024.
In some cases, we have noticed incorrect bank account details populated on a few invoices (dated from 18 September 2024 to 24 September 2024) due to a technical error. We want to inform you that the technical issue has been resolved by our dedicated team. We kindly request that you make payments to the new bank account, and which is available on the bank confirmation letter.
We believe that this transition will streamline our banking operations and provide a more efficient service to our customers. If you have any questions concerning the above, please reach out to your regular contact person.
