Incoterms (Internationals Commercial Terms) are a framework that outline the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in global trade. Issued by the International Chamber of Commerce, they help avoid misunderstandings and legal disputes by clarifying who handles shipping, insurance, customs, and risk transfer.
