I have been notified that a buyer has placed a booking with me as a supplier. What should I do?
If you don't have an account with Maersk, you can activate an account via the email you have received. Once you log in, you will see the booking and any pending tasks you need to complete.
Sometimes, your buyer won't have filled in the cargo information, and you will need to fill that in before we can confirm the booking. If you already have an account, you can simply log in and see the booking as well as any pending tasks.
