何时提交海关舱单？
舱单提交有三种类型，提交截收日期根据当地规章而不同：
- “出口舱单”一般在船舶从第一个装货港离港之前两 (2) 天（最早离港）或者船舶从第一个装货港离港之后两 (2) 天（最晚离港）提交。
- “预报舱单”在船舶抵达装货港之前 40 小时（停靠预报舱单目的港的船舶）提交。
- “进口舱单”在船舶抵达目的港之前七 (7) 天（中长转运时间）或者船舶抵达目的港之前两 (2) 天（短转运时间）提交。
