As part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless shipment experience, now Maersk brings “Refunds” solution to all our Customers at a click of a button.

Overview

Payments marked as Overpayment and Duplicate payment will be listed under the Refunds tab. Customers could request for Refunds only if it is posted under there ledger and would be considering as potential refunds that can be requested by customers.

Customers are encouraged to request collectors to adjust these against their outstanding invoices. Kindly ensure that there are no outstanding invoices prior raising a request, as there are chances that Refund request could be rejected.

  • We only can transfer the fund if there’s no pending invoices (outstanding under respective party (shipper / consignee’s account/EMKL/forwarder).
  • We are not accepting any personal bank account number, hence please provide your company bank account number.
  • Minimum refund could process USD 3.

You can proceed the refund to the listed bank in the MyFinance or add new bank account to Maersk Master data (any one of the below mandatory details)

  • Bank statement,
  • Company letter head along with stamp & signature.
  • Bank confirmation letter head along with stamp & signature.

On raising a request thru My Finance, the registration and approval or rejection will be communicated to the email address provided in the request within 2 – 3 working days. However, if you want to proceed the refund into new bank details, the process will take 5 working days.

If customer name is different with recipient name of the refund, please submit the hardcopy of Authority letter to following address
