In line with this, we are encouraging everyone to submit all payment remittances or proofs through Paid to Release (P2R) via MyFinance starting February 1, 2022. This solution aims to simplify and improve your payment application process thereby offering an easier, faster and accurate invoice management experience to you.
How will this benefit me?
- Easier payment process.
- Direct website transaction, from payment to requesting your Delivery Order.
- Payment status notification will be sent directly to your email.
- Real-time status of your payment submission.
Important: Payments sent to our business email address may not be processed immediately as our finance team will have to wait for the actual payment to reflect on our account before an official receipt (OR) will be released.
This means we can only release a BL or a DO after payment reflects on our account. For example, payment proof sent to email today >> payment will be posted tomorrow >> BL/DO can only be released after tomorrow.
Taking this opportunity to inform that payments via BDO and BPI takes 1-2 days to reflect in our account whereas Union Bank provides payment information within one (1) to two (2) hours.
How do I apply?
You’ll only need to submit the payment remittance or payment proof through MyFinance by logging in to your website account in our Maersk website.
