New Zealand network - Contingency update

Summary: In response to the continued disruption to our New Zealand ocean network, we wish to advise our customers that the temporary rotation for the Maersk Nadi and the Maersk Nansha will be extended for one additional roundtrip, to continue to connect the New Zealand supply chain.

In response to the continued disruption to our New Zealand ocean network, we wish to advise our customers that the temporary rotation for the Maersk Nadi and the Maersk Nansha will be extended for one additional roundtrip, to continue to connect the New Zealand supply chain.

Schedule Update - Maersk Nansha

The Maersk Nansha v.309N arrived in Timaru this morning, after which she will proceed to Lyttelton, New Zealand as last port call before proceeding to Lautoka, Fiji.

International export cargo from Timaru will connect in Lyttelton for onward connections on the Maersk global network.

Schedule Update - Maersk Nadi

The Maersk Nadi v307N is on her way to Lautoka, with ETA 14th March. On departure from Lautoka the Maersk Nadi will sail to Timaru, followed by Lyttelton, prior to commencing one additional roundtrip to Fiji.

International export cargo from Timaru will connect in Lyttelton for onward connections on the Maersk global network.

Schedule update – Trieste Trader

The Polaris service, will be offering coverage for Nelson exports cargo, which will continue to connect to Maersk international network via transhipment in Lyttelton. The Trieste Trader is scheduled to call Nelson on the 20th March and on the 9th of April.

Schedule update – BBC Denmark

The BBC Denmark will induce Nelson with current ETA in Nelson on the 28th March to increase frequency of departure for Nelson export cargo.

Nelson export cargo loaded on the BBC Denmark in Nelson on the 28th March 2023 will connect in Sydney to the Maersk East Coast Connect service. The connecting vessel the Tonsberg v.314N is scheduled to depart Sydney on the 6th April with ETA Tanjung Pelepas on the 25th April 2023.

Maersk Inverness – Schedule Update

The Maersk Inverness, will phase in to the OC1 service in Sydney on the 25th April. To enable the New Zealand supply chain the Maersk Inverness will connect Nelson (ETA 16th April) and Timaru (ETA 8th April) export cargo via transhipment in Port Chalmers.
