Due to adverse weather conditions SFL MAUI 316S/318N has been delayed southbound enroute to Melbourne. We wish to advise customers that SFL MAUI 316S/318N will omit Melbourne to alleviate pressure on the network, prevent any further sliding on the Southern Star service, and minimise delays to forward scheduling.
The following contingency will apply for impacted cargoes:
- Melbourne exports will load following Southern Star vessel MAERSK RIO DELTA 319N
- Transhipment cargo from Polaris vessel B TRADER 318W will load on the MAERSK RIO DELTA 319N
- Melbourne imports/ transhipment cargo will retain on board and tranship at Tanjung Pelepas and load on new-on-carriers to destination.
